Firstly, thank you so much for being here
We’re looking for a lovely expectant mum to join me and a photographer friend, Helen Mildmay for a creative maternity collaboration on Dartmoor at sunset.
These kind of creative sessions are some of my absolute favourites. They give us the chance to slow down, create something a little different, and simply celebrate this incredible season you're in. No pressure. Just beautiful light, a stunning landscape, and photographs that tell a little piece of your story.
In return for your time, you'll receive a gallery of beautifully edited images from both photographers.
Dartmoor • Thursday 24th September
A little about the session...
Dartmoor has a way of making everything else feel quiet. The wide open landscapes, the golden grass, the winding paths and endless skies make it the perfect place to pause for a moment before life changes in the most wonderful way.
We'll meet in late afternoon and spend around 90 minutes wandering together as the sun begins to dip behind the hills. We'll stop whenever the light catches our eye, take our time, and create photographs that feel natural, calm and full of emotion.
You don't need any experience in front of the camera. I'll gently guide you throughout the session, so there's absolutely no pressure to know what to do or how to pose.
I'll bring a carefully chosen selection of dresses and robes from my client wardrobe, all selected to complement the landscape and create the soft, timeless style you see throughout my work. We may also create a small number of tasteful, fine art maternity portraits using carefully considered draping or implied nudity. These images are always discussed beforehand, and created in a way that feels comfortable and empowering for you.
As this is a creative collaboration, the photographs will be used to build both photographers' portfolios and may be shared across our websites, social media, printed marketing and other promotional material. By applying, you're confirming you're happy for your images to be used in this way. Any fine art images shared publicly will always remain tasteful and discreet, with the draping carefully preserving your modesty.
Because we'll be exploring a couple of different spots, you'll just need to be comfortable walking short distances over uneven ground.

I'm looking for someone who will be between 33 and 37 weeks pregnant on Thursday 24th September and who loves the idea of creating something beautiful together.
This particular session will be just for mum, allowing us to completely focus on this chapter before your little one arrives.

We'll guide you throughout, so you don't need to know what to do in front of the camera. We want movement, connection and personality rather than perfect posing.
